ODIN Intelligence is a police contractor, who markets products such as their "Homeless Management Information System" which uses "facial recognition technology" to help city police track (and harass) their houseless population, marketing it as a tool to deal with "problems" such as "degradation of a city's culture" and "poor hygiene".
